Job Position: Digital Marketing Head

Job Summary :

As the Digital Marketing Head, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing efforts to enhance the company’s position as a leading chain of clothing retailer in Chennai. You will lead and oversee the marketing team, collaborating with various departments to create and execute effective Digital & offline marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Your contributions will be instrumental in expanding our brand presence, attracting new customers, and nurturing existing customer relationship.

Role & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive Digital & offline marketing plans, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and support our business objectives.Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and gather customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies accordingly.Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to ensure successful launches of new offerings and effective communication of their value propositions.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and targeted promotions.Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Job Position: Store Manager

Job Summary :

The Store Manager will oversee all of the daily operations of the store.They will manage the stores employees, including hiring, Training, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining the overall culture of the store and to ensure the staff also represents and embraces the stores culture and goals. They will oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store as well as implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by management. The Store Manager will regularly review the daily, weekly and quarterly financial data of the store to ensure the store is meeting profitability.

Role & Responsibilities :

  1. Team Management
    Recruit, train, and supervise store staffSet performance goals and provide regular feedback.Create a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Customer Service
    Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.Foster a customer-centric culture within the store.
  3. Sales and Revenue
    Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize overstock.
  4. Marketing and Promotion
    Collaborate with the marketing team or agency to create and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to drive foot traffic and online sales.Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and sales to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.Utilize social media and other digital marketing platforms to promote the store and its products. Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and use them to improve marketing strategies.
  5. Visual Merchandising
    Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.Oversee product displays and signage. Ensure products are priced and tagged accurately.
  6. Store Operations
    Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.Monitor and control expenses within the store’s budget.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Inventory Management
    Supervise inventory control, including receiving and stocking.Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.Implement inventory replenishment and restocking strategies.
  8. Loss Prevention
    Implement security measures to prevent theft and loss.Train staff on loss prevention best practices.Investigate and report any incidents of theft or damage.
  9. Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data.Use data to make informed decisions and drive store performance.
